Cosmetic Beauty & COVID-19: what you need to know

COVID-19

One of the hardest things about living through a pandemic is coming to terms with how it affects our everyday life. COVID-19 has had an effect on every aspect of life, and that includes cosmetic beauty treatments. While, the vaccine is the next step towards returning to normality, it is important that we take it into account when planning our filler and anti-wrinkle treatments.

Today, we will take you through what you need to know in regard to coronavirus before you book your M1 Treatment.

Have you tested positive for COVID-19?

If you have tested positive for coronavirus/COVID-19, cosmetic treatments such as dermal fillers or anti-wrinkle treatments are not possible until 6 weeks after you have finished quarantining. If you still suffer from long-term complications due to the virus, we ask that you cancel your filler/anti-wrinkle treatment, as we will be unable to perform the treatment.

Have you been vaccinated against COVID-19?

If you are due to receive your first vaccination dose, please make sure to schedule any cosmetic treatments at least two weeks before your vaccination date. If not, you will have to wait until at least 6 weeks after you receive your second vaccination dose.

No treatments can occur between vaccinations doses.
