Before booking in for a consultation with one of our experienced M1 Cosmetic Doctors, we want to give you a little guide on how to prepare for the perfect pout with long lasting results.

Oh so beautiful…

At M1 we understand  the importance of wanting to look and feel your best however, there a few do’s and don’ts to follow before your appointment to ensure you receive the best long lasting results you deserve. If you have had a laser treatment, tattoos or any semi-permanent makeup you must wait a minimum of 6 weeks before we can treat you. If you have had any cosmetic facials you must wait a minimum of 2 weeks after your treatment before we can treat you.

The best version of you

Here at M1, we want to ensure you get the very best results from your treatment  so your personal wellbeing pre-treatment is just as important to us as it is to you . If you’re feeling unwell prior to your appointment or come down with a virus such as the common cold, influenza, cold sore virus, have started to take antibiotic medication or have undergone any dental procedures , consult the doctor prior to any treatment.

On the days leading up to your visit to your chosen M1 Clinic:

  • Stay hydrated before your treatment
  • Do not drink alcohol 24 hours before your treatment
  • Please attend your appointment with no makeup on the treatment area
  • Use sun protection on your treatment area – Our personal favourite is our oh so popular M1 Select SUN 50 with UVA and UVB protection, perfect post treatment if you are exposed to those rays.
  • Apologise in advance to those around you as we can guarantee in the coming months you will be so obsessed with your new lips you won’t stop talking about them!
All’s that’s left to do now is sit back and relax in one of our treatment rooms and create your chosen look with one of our fantastic Cosmetic Doctors. Leading up to your appointment.
